OUR STORY
HOEM Kitchen was founded by Danny Adams and Mike Slaski. Longtime friends and now business partners, they have been cooking and serving the Lehigh Valley for decades. Now with HOEM Kitchen, they are collaborating to bring these skills directly to your doorstep.
The goal is to craft the best meals possible, that are easy for you & your family to heat and serve. All of this is done to give you time back from your busy week while knowing the meals being served are the same ones we serve to our family.
HOEM Kitchen got its name using our children's initials (Harper, Olivia, Ethan, & eMma). Everything we do is for them, so it was fitting.
